The phantom menace
Apparently, something big and nasty was supposed to happen at the Capitol again. The FBI warned of right wing extremist violence, the House canceled sessions, security got beefed up, and….. Nothing happened.
Indeed, rioting in the Capitol doesn’t really seem to alarm most Americans as much as riots in their own backyard.
